How to delete your data

For a business that connects Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok to DRSaaS. What we keep, and how to make us delete it.

Published 27 October 2026. Read it with our privacy notice.

What we keep when you connect a channel

You can connect your business's Facebook Page, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok. Then we can post your job films for you. We only post a film after you tap Approve.

When you connect a channel, we keep three things:

We never read your comments or your messages. We do not keep anything about your followers.

How to delete it

There are two ways. You can do both.

  1. Disconnect the channel. Sign in to your Ops HQ. Open Settings. Find the channel and tap Disconnect. Nothing more can be posted from that moment. We delete the stored key straight away. For YouTube, we first ask Google to take back our permission, then we delete the key.
  2. Email us. Write to info@drsaas.co.uk from the email address you sign in with. Ask us to delete your channel data. We delete the key, the page or account name, and the list of films we posted. We do it within one month, and we email you when it is done.

Deleting your data does not delete your posts. A film already on your page or account is yours. Only you can take it down there.

Want your whole DRSaaS account deleted? Email the same address. We keep only what the law says we must keep, like invoices for tax.

Remove DRSaaS from Facebook

You can also stop DRSaaS on Facebook's side:

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings and privacy.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Apps and websites.
  4. Find DRSaaS and tap Remove.

This removes Instagram too, if you connected it through Facebook.
