07:00 to 19:00 is the working day a booking takes unless you set your own hours. Yours are two boxes in the settings.

19:30 is when it starts, half an hour after that day ends.

It picks up any job whose last booked day has gone by with nothing billed on it, drafts the invoice, makes the document, and tells you it is ready.

It never sends. A draft stays a draft until a human taps send.

That rule is not a setting and it cannot be switched on. A bill going to your customer with nobody reading it first is how trust dies, so the send is always a tap by you, on your phone, after you have looked at it.

Where the numbers come from

The job. The agreed price, or your day rate times the days you booked.
The materials. What you added on site, priced from your own list.
The customer. Their name, address and the reference they asked you to quote.
Your own details. Your terms, your bank details, your logo on the document.

A job with no price and no day rate is not guessed at. You get told about it once, so you can put a number on it, and you are never told twice.

Then it chases

You can see what is owed and how old it is, on one screen, in the order that matters. Nothing goes out to a late payer without your say so either.

Photograph a receipt and it reads itself and files against the job you were on. The invoice shows what came in. The receipts show what went out. The difference is what the day was actually worth, and you did not type any of it.
